Hello, I'd like you all to know that Rachel has played such an incredible role in my life. I became a Christian in 1994 and was doing well for about 2 years, then I began to stray. I strayed pretty far, and basically tried to do my own thing, (which never worked) until one cold February evening of this year, I was surfing the net and came across racheljoyscott.com. God just totally used the website and as I read about Rachel, God worked in my heart like he never did before. That night with true brokenness and humbleness, I re dedicated my life to the Lord. Rachel's story is so incredible, I've never experienced anything like this, that I connected so much. Even now, I look to her for inspiration. If I'm sad, I just look in her eyes and her smile, and it totally lifts my spirits. I can see how Christ shined though her as I look at her pictures. Because of Rachel, I have been growing into a much deeper walk with the Lord, I want that spiritual level that she had with God. And slowly God is showing me and teaching me things. God continues to do so many wonderful things though her legacy and I praise God for that. I tell everyone I can about Rachel and I am always praying for Rachel Joy Scott Ministries, Columbine Redemption, and Rachel's Challenge. I even made a tribute page in honor of her. It was a small one page tribute to her on how Rachel, though God, changed my life. Over the past few weeks, I felt God lay on my heart to make a bigger site. So I decided to re vamp this simple one page site into a full blown site, in memory, dedication and honor of Rachel. Not only that, it is also my hearts desire that the Lord will use my page to get Rachel's story out to people and in turn save lives. This site is my way of helping Rachel to continue to carry that torch and reach the unreached, as she has said in her journals. So I would like to invite you to view these pages. They are located at www.racheljoyscott.net If at all possible it would be cool if you could add me to your links section. A friend of mine, Jeff, also has a page there, under "fan sites." Anyways, I thank you for taking the time to read. May God continue to bless each of you who work in helping to get Rachel's story out. After all, that's what it's all about, wining the lost and hurting, to a God whom truly loves them and wants to save them. Thanks, God bless, Mike Santos <<back to links page |
